Agate Asphalt is a full-service Asphalt Paving Company located in Poulsbo, WA. We specialize in both Residential and Commercial Asphalt Paving.

 

Agate Asphalt was formed in 2014 by Clayton Hallum. He was born into the paving business and was surrounded by it his entire life. He worked during his childhood, high-school and college summers, alongside his father, learning the business. For all of his childhood summers, once school was out, the next day he was either flying or driving to California eager to get to work. He learned at a young age what it meant to work hard.

 

Hallum senior developed a reputation in the Central Valley  of California for being one of the most respected paving contractors in the area. He also learned from his father that started paving in the early 1930's, when steam rollers still existed.  Hallum Senior is still running Central Valley Paving to this day.

 

Since 2015, we have grown and expanded our operations in the area. We strive to give our customers the best experience possible while producing a product that we are proud of when the day is done.

Along with paving, we also offer Sealcoating, Striping, Extruded Curbing and Sport Court Resurfacing through our parent company, New Line Services, Inc.
